Digital Content Coordinator

We offer our products on our own website (in six languages), over 14 digital marketplaces (in seven languages), as well as maintaining a social presence across multiple channels and languages across the globe.

Our Digital Content Coordinator is vital in helping us spread the Bellroy brand around the world. You won't be creating the content, instead you’ll work with a cross-functional team to maintain and deploy localised content for and our digital marketplaces. You’ll coordinate with our crew of designers, copywriters, developers, production & product managers to make sure our products are available at the right time, in the right places, with the right content. You’ll keep your eagle eye on our storefronts, foreseeing the need for content, plugging any holes, fixing any mishaps and encouraging your remote team to do the same. Your attention to detail is something else. You notice when the apple grower changes their sticker logo, or the new café puts an apostrophe in ‘drinks’. You might sweat the small stuff, but it doesn’t overwhelm you. Because you know how to weigh up the importance of an apostrophe in relation to a missing web page. And when to cut people some slack, versus when to crack the whip (although we generally prefer other methods of motivating people, leaving the whip cracking to Indiana Jones). You’re decisive, warm and able to deliver logic and reason in human terms.

You take a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others towards a really great outcome, and that’s wonderful because at Bellroy we love great outcomes. But if the end result is not so great every now and again, that’s OK. As long as you’re willing to own it, learn from it, and figure out how to do it better next time, we’ll be right there with you.

You’re just as comfortable collaborating with a team of people as you are with your head in a spreadsheet or matrix-level file system. Because you’re a bit of a plate-spinner. At any given time, those plates might include working in multiple back-end portals, juggling the configuration of several product releases, overseeing the release of new pieces of copy for the website, working on processes to improve our release accuracy, delegating tasks to update pricing across our Amazon channels (where you notice a missing SKU, so you add another plate to your hands by rectifying it). And yep, you spin them confidently – no breakages.

You have a couple years experience, in the digital world with capabilities in project management; or vice versa. Using your skills to be a blend of both “doer of things” and “coordinator of things” seems like a natural step for you. And, if you have an understanding of digital marketing and experience with content management systems, we’ll be even more impressed.


  • Launched a new product on and ten Amazon platforms – having collated product information, images, copy and uploaded them to our in-house backend systems, as well as Amazon’s ‘Seller Central’ for all six languages.
  • Planned the schedule of work required for the next month of product releases; delegating tasks and information gathering across the business to manage for potential bottlenecks.
  • Gathered copy from our creative team, and prepared the relevant files for import into our systems.
  • Liaised with various stakeholders to confirm which platforms our newest product range will be sent to, and making sure this information is received and actioned with the relevant teams.
  • Conducted a pricing audit to ensure we’re showing accurate pricing on our Digital Marketplaces globally.
  • Collated a product launch assets package of information, images, videos and product release copy, and sent it to our Chinese agent for Tmall.
  • Audited your collection of digital content and assets to make sure everything was in order.


This role is full-time and based in our Fitzroy office.

Our beach HQ sits behind giant sandstone cliffs that overlook one of Australia’s best-known surfing coastlines. It’s where our Product Designers experiment in the Maker Lab, and our Sales team consume awesome amounts of espresso and Skype bandwidth. Things are more tranquil here than our Fitzroy neighbours and we like the focus that can create. There’s a cafe right next door if you need a quick bite and our 11am surf check always provides the perfect chance to reset the mind with some salt air.


Our Fitzroy space is immersed in the middle of Melbourne’s creative hub. It’s where our Creative, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams develop campaigns and ensure each Bellroy is sent safely across the world. Walk out the door and you’ll find streets bursting with energy (and the best ramen joint this side of Tokyo). There’s also an olympic-size pool just around the corner for those in need of a lunchtime refresh.


Outside of our two main headquarters we have a team that works remotely - from Western Australia to parts of Asia, the USA and Europe. Being global is at the heart of Bellroy, it keeps us connected, and makes sure we see life from many different perspectives.
