Content Coordinator (Marketplaces)

IN A NUTSHELL

Since Bellroy launched with a range of five wallets 13+ years ago, we’ve shipped carry goods to 172 countries from warehouses on 4 continents, sold out of 1200+ doorways and now release more than 50 new products a year. We offer our products on our own website in nine languages, and are active on over 15 digital marketplaces, including Amazon, Rakuten, and Iconic. As we continue to expand our reach through new platforms, we’re searching for a Content Coordinator to help streamline our processes and enable us to scale for growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency across multiple digital platforms. While you won’t be creating content, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain and deploy localized content for Bellroy.com and our digital marketplaces.

Your day-to-day will include monitoring our online storefronts, ensuring listings are accurate, and maintaining compliance with platform performance standards. If you bring your organized mind, love of spreadsheets, and detail-oriented approach, we’ll provide you with an exciting opportunity to grow with us.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU...

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a digital or operational role (if you have experience with Amazon, an understanding of digital marketing and experience with content management systems, that would be a plus!)
  • Can navigate new systems with ease and are curious about how marketplaces operate.
  • Possess strong communication skills and want to work collaboratively in a team within a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Are proactive and self-motivated, you take responsibility for the work you produce but also know when it’s time, or better to bring in others for their input
  • Are exceptionally organised, with incredible attention to detail
  • You’re skilled at juggling multiple tasks and pivoting seamlessly between priorities. Whether it’s managing multiple back-end portals, coordinating the configuration of several product releases, overseeing new copy updates, or delegating pricing updates across our Amazon channel, you keep everything running smoothly without missing a beat.

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, YOU MIGHT HAVE...

  • Launched a new product on Bellroy.com and fifteen Amazon platforms – having collated product information, images, copy and uploaded them to our in-house backend systems, as well as Amazon’s ‘Seller Central’ for all seven languages.
  • Gathered copy from our creative team, and uploaded the relevant files into our systems for our translators and verifiers to complete
  • Liaise with your manager to plan the schedule of work required for the next month of product releases; delegating tasks and gathering information across the business to manage potential bottlenecks.
  • Worked with our Data team to set-up alerts when listing price discrepancies occur and implemented a system to modify prices accordingly
  • Met with your manager for your weekly 1-1 and talked about something new you learned from this week
  • Joined our company All Eyes Meeting, and had a preview of new products we will be releasing soon
