Bellroy is a fast-growing brand, with warehouses, stockists and distributors located all over the world. We put our heart, soul and countless design hours into helping the world carry better and we work equally as hard to build long-term relationships with our partners based on integrity and respect. Launched with a range of six wallets and a small customer base 12+ years ago, we’ve expanded our line significantly and our wholesale business is growing quickly. We’re searching for a Sales Manager to help us nurture and grow our wholesale accounts and manage current distributors in Asia. Could it be you?


YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF…

Have 5-10 years' sales experience working for a brand (ideally lifestyle or fashion) wholesaling its line through international distributors and key retailers across Asia. You have some design geek to go with your sales charm. Often the brilliance of our products needs some explanation, which is fine because you're comfortable doing so in a compelling, well-informed and genuine manner.

You know Asia - you might have lived there, worked there, or at least spent a decent amount of time there. You're aware of cultural differences and can adjust your communication style to build relationships and make sales. You’re motivated by a challenge, and by delivering exceptional results for a young brand doing awesome things. At Bellroy, we focus on long-term quality relationships with the right businesses (and people), to ensure our common goals are met. IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE

  • Joined a call with our Associate VP and our distributor in Taiwan to discuss a pop-up shop opportunity inside a key department store in Taipei
  • Reviewed distributor’s monthly reporting to check top-selling styles and on-hand inventory, making note of key data points that would require further conversations with demand planning
  • Had a call with our distributor in Japan discussing our assortments and sell-through data at Tokyu Hands and LOFT
  • Walked key retail in Hong Kong with our distributor, noting brand execution at retail, location on floor and in store for your market report to the broader team
  • Worked with our Financial Analyst to provide updated forecast and market trend insights to the demand planning team
  • Discussed inventory availability with our Sales Ops and Demand Planning teams to provide our customers with timely updates on inventory availability and order status
  • Liaised with the retail marketing team for instore product launch, activation or staff training assets
  • Jumped on a call with our VP of Global Wholesale to review the market and discuss opportunities for growth in the region
  • Actively manage our business development funnel to further inbound enquiries and prospecting of new opportunities

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time role, based out of our Collingwood Office with WFH flexibility. Occasional domestic and international travel will be required, a car license would be a plus.

フィッツロイのオフィスは、メルボルンのクリエイティブ ハブの中心に位置しています。クリエイティブ、マーケティング、エンジニアリングとオペレーションチームがキャンペーンのコンセプトを創造し、Bellroy製品が世界中に無事届けられるように見守っています。一歩ドアの外に出ると、エネルギーあふ​​れた街並み(最高のラーメンジョイントまさに東京のようです)。ランチタイムに息抜きが必要な人のために、角を曲がったところにはオリンピックサイズのプールもあります。
